Beef and Tomato Soup.

Ingredients: Macaroni (Durum Wheat Semolina (100%) , rice, veg bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), beef stock (dextrose, salt, potato starch, flavouring, yeast extract, beef fat powder (2%)(cooked beef fat, beef broth, antioxidant (rosemary extract)), dried vegetables (onion, carrot), sunflower oil, garlic powder, natural flavouring), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid)), dried onion, soft brown sugar, tomato powder, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme and a bay leaf.

Allergens: in bold

To make: Add packet to large pan, pour in 2½ pints of water and bring to the boil. Turn down to a simmer and cook for about 30 minutes until the rice is cooked. Top up water to original level. Remove bay leaf before serving.

Coconut Curried Lentil Soup

Ingredients: Red lentils, brown lentils, green lentils, curry powder (Coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, cardamon, chilli powder, black pepper and fennel), veg bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast
Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg,
Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid)), dried carrots, dried onion, paprika, cumin, turmeric.

How to make: Empty the packet into a pan add 2 pints of water and a 400ml can of coconut milk. Bring to the boil and turn down to a simmer, stirring regularly until the lentils have softened (around 45 minutes). Add more water as required. Season to taste.

Ingredients: pasta (wheat) Durum Wheat Semolina (100%), pearl barley, split peas, rice, vegetable bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid)), dried onion, parsley, salt and pepper.

Allergens: wheat, gluten

To Make: Add packet to pan with 2.5 pints water. Peel/slice 1 carrot and 1 stick celery. Bring to boil. Simmer 60 mins. Add more water as required. Can add cooked chicken/beef, shredded cabbage and 1 tin chopped tomatoes. Serves 4+

Allergens: in bold

To make: Add 2¼ pints of cold water, empty packet contents into the water and stir. (Optional extras, can add a good handful of frozen peas and/or soy sauce to taste). Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer for around 25-30 minutes, add an extra half pint of water as required, stir regularly until the rice is cooked. Serve and enjoy!
