Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients - Dried Vermicelli (67%) (Durum wheat semolina, water), Chicken Stock (5%) (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Natural flavourings, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Onion Powder, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Spice Extract, Turmeric, Dried Parsley), Dried Onion, Dried Carrot, Dried Leek, Dried Red Pepper, Five Spice, Ginger, Garlic Granules, Brown Sugar

Min weight of the dry ingredients in each pack 240g
Method - Place the packet contents in a pan with 1500ml cold water, bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally for approx. 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Top up the water to original level before serving. Season to taste. Optional extra – add a dash of soy sauce

Country Vegetable Soup
Ingredients: pasta (wheat) Durum Wheat Semolina (100%), pearl barley, split peas, rice, vegetable bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid)), dried onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
Allergens: wheat, gluten
To Make: Add packet to pan with 2.5 pints water. Peel/slice 1 carrot and 1 stick celery. Bring to boil. Simmer 60 mins. Add more water as required. Can add cooked chicken/beef, shredded cabbage and 1 tin chopped tomatoes. Serves 4+

Thai Coconut Soup
Ingredients: Coconut Milk powder (coconut extract (80% max) hydrolysed starch dairy milk protein (emulsifier) and E341 tri-calcium phosphate (acidity regulator)), rice, chicken stock (salt, modified maize starch, natural flavourings, yeast extract (yeast extract salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Onion powder, sugar, rapeseed oil, spice extract, turmeric and parsley), dried red peppers, satay mix (demerara sugar, dried glucose syrup, yeast extract, salt, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, chilli flakes, chilli powder, turmeric, ginger), dried porcini mushrooms, onion, dried leeks, cornflour, garlic, ginger, basil, soft brown sugar, smoked paprika

To make: Add 2¼ pints of cold water, empty packet contents into the water and stir. (Optional extras, can add a good handful of frozen peas and/or soy sauce to taste). Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer for around 25-30 minutes, add an extra half pint of water as required, stir regularly until the rice is cooked. Serve and enjoy!
