How It Works
Changing the way you shop is easier than you think!
No more crowded supermarket jostling, wasted food and money, and excessive plastic packaging. At Refill It, you simply buy the right amount of what you need – either in store or online - and refill when you need more.
You can even set-up subscriptions, so you automatically receive top-ups on regularly-purchased products when you need them.
How to order
To order online, simply browse the online shop, add the products to your basket, and checkout.
Food items come to the nearest 100g so you don’t need to buy in bulk and throw away unused products. If you need more than 100g, simply select multiple quantities (eg for 200g, select a quantity of 2).
We offer quick and easy delivery or collection – with a small charge of £1 for all local delivery on all orders over £15. All our products are carefully and responsibly packaged to avoid any unnecessary waste and ensure your items arrive safely – you can even return and re-use containers for future orders. Subscriptions
It’s really easy to set-up subscriptions so you receive refills on items when you next need them. When you order online, simply select ‘subscribe and save’ rather than ‘one-time purchase’ on eligible products and you choose to have it automatically delivered every fortnight or month.
When you create an account on our website you can easily manage the subscription online to cancel or amend future orders. You’ll also receive an order confirmation email that will have a link to review your order and manage your subscription at any time.
If you need extra products alongside your subscription, just place a new order selecting the CLICK AND COLLECT option and we will just deliver the extra along with your subscription.
Want to shop in-store?
If you live near Selby and want to enjoy a friendly, local shopping experience, please pop into our store at Market Cross where you can meet Emma and the rest of the Refill It team as you shop at your leisure.
Simply bring along your own containers to fill. For food items, some customers re-use empty bread bags, cereal packets, ice-cream and butter tubs, or glass Kilner jars. For liquid refills, just bring your empty washing-up liquid bottles, soap dispensers or cleaning bottles.

Returns
We hope that you are more than satisfied with your products when you receive them, but if you do want to return them we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of purchase. Please email info@refill-it.net and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
Please note: we cannot accept returns of items where the seal has been broken.
